Hi Welcome to our website

We are Mike & Sarah Marsh, we married in Bolsterstone Church/Wortley Hall back in August 2007. We have two young Daughters Natalie & Sienna who we love to bits.  

We started on the road we are now on, probably the same way as most photographers do - at the deep end! I've always loved photography, my first wedding was as a guest when the official pro' became too ill to attend. I quickly realised that there was a lot more to it than being able to take good photo's. The bug had well and truely biten, and I was soon being hired for more and more friends weddings. Sarah would however probably blame me as she fell in love with a photographer first and then photography. Several conventions, courses, books and support from swpp together with lots of practical experience and fun and here we are.

We cover all types of weddings in numerous venues and churches all over Yorkshire from local venues such as Wentworth Castle, Aston Hall, Whitley hall, Wortley hall, and Tankersley manor to venues a little further a field such as Hazlewood Castle, Oulton Hall, Waterton Park, Bagdon hall and Ringwood hall. We often take trips to York, Harrogate and Leeds for various weddings as we have foud its more important to have a photographer local to where you live than local to your wedding venue as a skilled photographer can adapt to any wedding venue with a vision of spectacular images than can be created from often the most unlikely locations However it is harder to get a personal connection with your photographer if they live a large distance from yourselves as every time you wish to see them to discuss what you want, view your finished images and so on, you have to travel a long distance and cant just call in.
